Supervisor Payroll

Cencora is a leading global pharmaceutical solutions organization seeking a Supervisor Payroll to lead and manage the payroll team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for 25 countries in the EMEA region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in payroll management, with a strong understanding of EMEA payroll processes and regulations.
• Proven experience in leading payroll transitions to new systems, preferably ADP.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex payroll issues and provide effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
