Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to join our team at Cencora. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the processes on shift, ensuring performance targets are consistently achieved, and leading a team of staff. This is a full-time role based in Castle Cary, UK, with a salary of £35,000 - £37,000 dependent on experience.
Requirements
- Background in operations/warehouse distribution and understanding of good process control systems
- Supply Chain & Operations experience in a high SKU count environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and influencing skills
- Systems and Data orientated, with experience of SAP, Knapp, and Manhattan
- WMS an advantage
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel/Access, etc.
- Previous experience managing a large diverse workforce is desirable
- Understands the Warehouse and Transport interdependencies that links to customer service
