General Manager (Fleet Maintenance)

Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead fleet maintenance operations for one of its national customers. The General Manager will be responsible for delivering customer KPIs/SLAs, fleet uptime, customer experience, quality, safety, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ten or more years of relevant experience in managing large fleets and fleet maintenance
• Analytical expertise with program management systems relating to fleet
• Proven experience in management for operations, planning, maintenance, and customer service
• Technical experience to understand mechanical repairs, diagnosis, and parts inventory
• System and data skills to include Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
