Assembler I - 2nd Shift

We are looking for a skilled Assembler to join our team and play a key role in assembling our level and flow control products. The Assembler I will follow standard work procedures, identify nonconforming conditions, and contribute to identifying and reducing waste in the workflow to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Follow standard work procedures with guidance on complex tasks.
• Operate and inspect Value Stream workstation output.
• Utilize and maintain tools and equipment necessary for completing standard work.
• Test and calibrate basic assemblies according to specifications.
• Consistently meet quality standards with minimal discrepancies, showing continuous improvement.
• Perform standard work efficiently on straightforward tasks and collaborate on complex ones.
• Identify any issues in executing standard work and seek assistance for resolution.
