Job Description
The Division Vice President of Information Technology will oversee the strategic and tactical direction of all IT systems, technologies and processes for the global business operations within the Ultra Precision Technologies (UPT) Division of AMETEK. This individual will partner with business leaders to anticipate and recommend opportunities where information technology can advance business capabilities and provide a competitive advantage.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven, progressive IT leadership, including global experience in an engineering-centric, product development, and delivery organization.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; MA/MBA preferred.
- Previous IT leadership experience in a complex manufacturing environment (made to order) and supply chain business skills.
- Demonstrated project management of full life cycle ERP and CRM implementations.
- Previous oversight of a multi-site and globally dispersed organization.
- Proven hands-on management style in a lean environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and hold others accountable.
