Mechanical Assembler B - 2nd Shift

The Mechanical Assembler – B Level is responsible for performing intermediate-level mechanical assembly tasks in support of the production of diamond turning machines.

Requirements

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision measuring instruments
• Follow detailed blueprints, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly
• Perform alignment, calibration, and functional testing of mechanical assemblies
• Handle and install sensitive components with care and precision
• Maintain documentation of assembly processes
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and quality standards in a controlled manufacturing environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
