Plant Controller

The Solartron ISA UK Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial, reporting and accounting operations in the UK, including budgets, forecasting, monthly closings, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, oversight of the accounting staff and other business initiatives which relate to the accounting functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline required; CPAA, ICAEW, or ACCA professional qualification preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience is required, preferably in the manufacturing industry utilizing standard cost systems.
• ERP system implementation experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, etc).
• Detail orientated.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and prioritization skills.
• Strong influence skills.
• Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• High motivation to achieve personal, team, and business goals.
