Process Engineer

AMETEK Specialty Metal Products is seeking a Process Engineer to join their Lancaster, PA facility. This role focuses on continuous improvement, problem solving, and process metallurgy to meet customer needs, specifically in the precision metal industries (titanium, nickel, stainless steel, super alloys). The engineer will support safety initiatives, quality processes, and yield improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Chemistry.
• 2-5 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel.
• Ability to wear PPE.
• Ability to perform product specification and sales review.
