Job Description
AMETEK is seeking a Quality Inspector to inspect aerospace engineering drawings and components, using various inspection methods and techniques, following drawing requirements and specifications. The role involves reading drawings, preparing reports, and performing testing to ensure products meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Read and interpret drawing requirements/specs
- Inspect detail parts and assemblies using standard measuring equipment
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports
- Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
- Perform Hardness testing
- Collect and tabulate data for SPC
- Review Supplier F.A.I.R. reports
