Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to execute the data migration activities for our SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in SAP data migration, including at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures and migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, LSMW, LTMC, BODS)
- Proficient with the Syniti tool
- Syniti certified
- Proficient with loading data using the SAP data cockpit
- Experience with legacy system data extraction and transformation
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex data migration projects
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Proven track record of delivering the data migration activities on-time and on-budget
- Excellent communication skills
