Requirements

• Performs preventative and complex maintenance on all types of equipment and facilities.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains in accordance with machine manuals, prints, or by referral to building codes without assistance.
• Manages spare part inventory of common wear items to reduce equipment downtime.
• Manages and drives completion of work requests to maintain a low number of open work orders.
• Consistently demonstrates on-time PM completion.
