Technical Lead - Embedded Firmware

Bison AMETEK is seeking an experienced Embedded Firmware Engineer to join their dynamic team. The role involves creating firmware requirements, designing and maintaining firmware for communication buses, motor drives, and control interfaces, and providing firmware analysis and support. The engineer will collaborate with hardware and mechanical engineering teams.

Requirements

• Create firmware requirements documents and architecture documents.
• Design and maintain product firmware for communication buses, motor drives, and control interfaces.
• Research and analyze design proposals, specifications, and manuals.
• Plan and execute testing programs to validate performance.
• Coach and mentor junior firmware engineers.
