Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Production Lead to oversee daily operations at our food-grade or chemical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food safety, quality, and leadership, capable of managing a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include supervision of production activities, team coaching, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Supervise day-to-day production activities
- Lead and coach production workers and machine operators
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams
- Enforce compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor inventory and escalate issues to plant management
- Prepare shift reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
