Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 5 years of experience in biopharma/biotechnology/pharmaceutical
• Master’s degree and 9 years of experience in biopharma/biotechnology/pharmaceutical
• Bachelor’s degree and 11 years of experience in biopharma/biotechnology/pharmaceutical
• 5 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources
