Software Development Engineer II (Full Stack)

We are looking for a motivated Software Development Engineer II to join our Manufacturing Applications Product Team. This role emphasizes learning, mentorship, and collaboration while providing exposure to modern technologies and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering with exposure to full stack development.
• Practical experience with React (front-end) and Python FastAPI (back-end) for developing production features.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and willingness to learn cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with microservices, API development, and distributed systems.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
