• Handling Personal and Business Insurance Auto Damage claims from the first notice of loss through resolution, settlement, and payment
• Delivering consistent service quality throughout the claim life cycle
• Analyzing coverage and applying policy conditions, provisions, exclusions, and endorsements for Auto Damage claims
• Investigating each claim to obtain relevant facts necessary to determine coverage, causation, extent of liability, and damages
