Bilingual Massachusetts Field Auto Damage Appraiser (Spanish/Portuguese)

Amparo is seeking a bilingual Auto Damage Appraiser to prepare itemized appraisals for vehicle damage restoration, negotiate settlements, and provide technical advice. The role involves reviewing damage, completing paperwork, and resolving disagreements. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and advance in insurance functions.

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraiser License
• 3+ years of experience as an Auto Claims Appraiser
• Portuguese and/or Spanish proficiency preferred
• Experience creating appraisals on CCCOne preferred
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Sound negotiation and problem-solving skills
