As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for our most important customers and ensure that they derive measurable added value from the Amperecloud Platform.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS consulting
- Technical background (completed study in a technical subject area or technical vocational training)
- Experience in growth-driven SaaS companies and familiarity with technically demanding or less digitally advanced customer segments
- Commercial understanding (worked closely with Sales or experience in renewal and expansion conversations)
- Outcome-oriented thinking
- Analytical working style
- Project & stakeholder management
- Fluent German and English language skills
