Job Description
Amperity is seeking a General Manager to lead ChuckData's growth as a business, product, and community. This entrepreneurial role involves strategy, results, leadership, and collaboration across product, community, and business. It's a coach/player role balancing hands-on execution with strategic leadership. The position reports to the Chief Product Officer and collaborates with peers across Amperity's product portfolio.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across product, go-to-market, and general management roles.
- 5+ years of managing managers and high-level performing ICs.
- Expertise in building and scaling PLG businesses in developer tools, data platforms, or AI.
- Experience overseeing a P&L, business strategy, and end-to-end execution.
- Experience with data engineering and developer ecosystems.
- Exceptional storyteller and communicator, with influence across executives, engineers, and developer communities.
- Entrepreneurial builder mindset.
