Job Description
Join Lolli & Pops as a part-time Service Lead/Keyholder and be part of a dynamic team that spreads joy and optimism through candy. As a keyholder and member of the leadership team, you'll help drive store-level financial and operational results, keep your team focused on guest engagement, and maximize overall performance.
Requirements
- Monitor store-level financial and operational results
- Keep team focused on guest engagement, sampling, and sharing product knowledge
- Maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching, and selling skills
- Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
- Enforce policies, procedures, and operational directives
- Lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute tasks
