Ampersand is hiring an Addressable Campaign Manager to support Sales teams in campaign management, trafficking, and ad operations support for their audience-based TV & digital offerings.
Requirements
- Responsible for supporting Sales teams in campaign management, trafficking, and ad operations support for Ampersand's audience-based TV & digital offerings.
- Act as primary service contact post-sale for all requests related to media campaigns
- Work closely with Agency Customers, Affiliate Clients, Account Managers, & Sales to ensure campaigns are running as ordered
- Review, validate, & book insertion orders (IO)
- Create (local only) & monitor (all areas) delivery of schedules
- Resolve invoice credits and discrepancies in accordance with policies
- Handle all makegood and under delivery requests
- Ensure vendor has necessary creative materials
- Reporting on pre log and post log (local only)
- Make suggestions on order optimization to sales team (local, national only)
- Enter all delivery information for monthly billing (digital, national only)
