Executive Coordinator

Ampersand is seeking an Executive Coordinator to provide administrative support to the western region management team. The role involves coordinating schedules, travel plans, and itineraries, as well as managing correspondence and social events. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a business environment, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business environment
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and consistently meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities
• High level of proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
