Job Description
Ampla Health seeks a reliable and professional Transportation Services Driver to transport patients safely and efficiently between their homes and health clinics.
Requirements
- Safely drive patients to and from appointments as scheduled
- Coordinate with clinics to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- Maintain accurate transportation logs and submit weekly reports
- Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Report any traffic incidents or violations within 1 hour
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
