Senior Collections Analyst

As a Collections Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping, analysing, and optimising our collections strategies to deliver sustainable recoveries, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Support the development and implementation of collections segmentation and strategies
• Lead complex analysis of collections strategies and performance
• Take ownership of key metrics related to collections
• Influence senior stakeholders through the presentation of analysis and recommendations
• Collaborate with the Operations and Data Science teams
• Support in testing and validating new collections tools, processes, and decision-making frameworks
• Analyse and evaluate external collections partners
• Stay updated on industry trends, collections practices, and regulatory changes
• Mentor and support junior analysts
