Assistant Branch Manager

Amplify Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in achieving branch objectives and lead the Teller and Personal Banker teams. The role involves providing operational soundness, facilitating audits, and promoting service and operational excellence.

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Three years of successful financial institution experience preferred, with a background in branch operations (both teller and platform)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Must be bondable
• Knowledge of and prior experience using a 10-key is helpful
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends
