Job Description
Amplitude is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to enable customers to maximize the value of their products. This role involves delivering engaging training sessions, tailoring learning experiences, mastering Amplitude’s products, and collaborating with the global Education team. Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience delivering training, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Familiarity with programming languages and concepts (e.g. JavaScript, Java, Python, Swift, SQL)
- Experience with product analytics, digital marketing, A/B testing, business intelligence, data warehouses/pipelines, or integration partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 50-60% within the APJ and EMEA region
- Strong understanding of customer behavior analytics
