Job Description
Amplitude is seeking a Software Engineer II to join the PLG + Growth Platform team. The role involves designing and building backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, SQL, and GraphQL. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience building and maintaining production backend or full-stack systems.
Requirements
- Design and build backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, SQL, and GraphQL
- Own mid-sized projects end-to-end
- Drive improvements to systems that power pricing, packaging, trials, entitlements, and monetization
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver reliable, user-impacting infrastructure
- Build instrumentation and internal tooling to help measure what's working and unlock faster iteration
