Head of Quality (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Head of Quality to lead the implementation of our quality management system, ensure quality control processes, and establish quality assurance processes to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience as Head of Quality or corresponding role
• Proven experience leading a quality function of an international company with industrial production and outsourced production
• Hands on experience with the launch of new products to the market (esp. chemicals or biochemicals)
• Experience in negotiation of quality agreements with production sites
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to chemical products and preferably biotech, textile and surfactant products
• Experience with ISO 9001
• Fluent language skills in German and English
