Job Description
The Material Handler - Outbound Mail Dock ensures outbound mail docks are maintained and managed to daily schedules. This role involves communicating with Mail Leads, ensuring mail load security, and resolving issues. The position works directly with mail material handlers and dock personnel and is responsible for all aspects of the outbound mail movement. This position supports team members on daily tasks and maintains safe working conditions.
Requirements
- Complete jobs, tasks, duties, and priorities to meet daily deadlines and goals.
- Daily communication with Mail Lead verifying mail loads.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Order and restock supplies from inventory.
- Documents are filed and verified as required.
- Communicate with next shift – hand off.
- Maintain an accident free and safe working environment.
