AMSURG is an independent leader in ambulatory surgery center services, operating a network of more than 250 surgery centers nationwide. Supports the RCM Departments by providing data analytics and reporting.

Requirements

• Collect, clean, and analyze revenue cycle data from multiple sources (billing, claims, EHR systems, etc.)
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor KPIs such as denial rates, AR days, cash collections, and payer performance
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across the revenue cycle
• Collaborate with billing, coding, and finance teams to provide data-driven recommendations
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis related to revenue cycle operations
• Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects for leadership
