As the Assistant Vice President of the Nonprofit Division at AmTrust Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in building our second new business team, driving the overall success of the division by overseeing top and bottom-line results, leading product development initiatives, fostering strong agency relationships, and strategically managing profitable growth.

• Proven track record of successfully managing top and bottom-lines results in a leadership capacity.
• Extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on nonprofit insurance.
• Strong knowledge of product development, underwriting principles, and insurance market dynamics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
