Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant role involves reviewing and processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring coding accuracy. The position also involves performing AP close activities, reconciliations, and supporting AP processes. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in finance/accounting, 2-3 years of related experience, and excellent understanding of AP accounting principles and processes.

Requirements

• University Degree in Finance/Accounting
• 2-3 years of related experience
• Excellent understanding of AP accounting principles and processes
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Very good language skills in English, Russian and Ukrainian
• Global IT system knowledge and experience (e.g., Oracle, JDE, 1C etc.)
• Experience in process improvement/project management
• Self-reliant, proactive, and with high skills to prioritize own tasks
• Communication skills – ability to communicate a global vision, yet detail oriented, ability to liaise between business and technology teams
• Change management and process excellence approach
• Customer focus mindset
• Service oriented and professional working approach
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Ability to work under pressure and work within tight deadlines
