System Analyst

We are seeking a System Analyst to understand, analyze, and document business requirements in the ABO Success and Purchase/Post-purchase area. The successful candidate will partner with Product Managers, Technology Leads, and Business functions to design technical solutions for business processes. Key responsibilities include requirement delivery, QA support, subject matter expertise, reporting, and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in Computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in technology roles, with at least 4 years as Systems analyst or Business analyst
• Proven experience in writing user stories using JIRA
• Understanding of back-office processes, promotions, products, prices, checkout, post checkout, supply chain processes
• Some knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, microservices, and modern application architecture
• Background in Agile/Scrum is preferable not mandatory
• Experience in eCommerce Industry is preferable
