Job Description
We are seeking a User Support Specialist II to provide vital technical support to our employees across our Greater Grand Rapids locations. The role involves working face-to-face with end users, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to succeed.
Requirements
- At least an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in a role supporting end-user technologies, including Windows PCs, Apple Macs, and mobile devices (iPhone/Android)
- Experience supporting software such as Microsoft Office Applications and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with supporting peripheral devices (monitors, docks, printers, etc.) and ensuring their connectivity
- Experience contributing to or helping manage small to medium-sized projects
