Requirements
- Develop and debug software for high-performance measurements and best-in-class test coverage solutions
- Develop high-performance PCBs for Final Test and Wafer Probe
- Support the development of High-Performance Test solutions to allow first Silicon verification, Characterization, Qualifications, and Release to the Manufacturing Test Site
- Contribute to Design for Testability (DFT), Built-In-Self-Test (BIST), definitions and development, to support the reduction in Full Factory Cost (FFC) and improved testability
- Learn basic of system Verilog to implement simulation pre silicon for future implemented tests
