Job Description
Analytica is seeking a distinguished AI Subject Matter Expert to lead the development and implementation of responsible artificial intelligence initiatives across the Department of Defense. This role requires deep expertise in AI ethics, policy development, and strategic implementation of AI governance frameworks.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in AI/ML with at least 5 years in leadership or policy roles
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, responsible AI frameworks, and AI governance principles
- Proven experience in government or defense sector AI initiatives
- Strong understanding of DoD processes, compliance requirements, and security frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing senior executives
- Current Top Secret security clearance or ability to obtain required clearance level
