Manager, Engineering

At Anaplan, we are a team of innovators focused on optimizing business decision-making through our leading AI-infused scenario planning and analysis platform. We seek an experienced Engineering Manager to lead one of our software development teams and drive technical excellence across our engineering organization.

Requirements

• Proven years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in engineering management roles
• Strong hands-on experience with.NET framework and.NET Core/5+ development
• Proven experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure or AWS services
• Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performance engineering teams of 5+ developers
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and microservices design
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code
• Excellent technical problem-solving and system design skills
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team building, mentoring, and performance management
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern development practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
