Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Operations Manager to lead and scale their multi-faceted Business Operations team within the Global Product and Technology Organization (GPTO). This role focuses on defining operational strategy, driving execution across product and UX areas, and ensuring operational excellence and scalability. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, team mentor, and a key partner to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years’ experience in business or product operations, with proven impact at scale.
- 3+ years’ people leadership experience, including managing managers or leads.
- Experience overseeing multiple operational domains (Product Ops, UX Ops, or broader Business Ops).
- Proven success in setting and delivering operational strategy in a large-scale technology or SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
