- 3-5 years of experience in Retail
- More than 3 years of experience in leading a counter with a sales volume of at least one million dollars and leading a successful business

- Ability to make strategic decisions based on sales analysis
- Proven fulfillment of sales targets and KPI
- Ability to collaborate and build positive/effective business partnerships
