Job Description
Anavah Talent is seeking a full-time Strategic Finance Lead to own and operate their Financial & Reporting function. This role involves building systems, handling client and contractor payments, managing accounting and revenue compliance, and leading financial model development. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- 3+ years working with U.S. clients or startups
- Bookkeeping experience or certification
- Familiarity with accounting and billing softwares
- Experience building SOPs, creating reports, and FP&A
- Near-perfect written English skills
- Demonstrated ability to independently own and drive workstreams
- A systems-builder mindset
- High attention to detail and low ego
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bonus if from ADMU, DLSU, UP, or UST)
