Database Administrator - Mid-Level

AnaVation is seeking a skilled Database Administrator to manage and optimize their customers database environment. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining database environments, SQL Server administration, performance tuning, backup/restore strategies, and collaboration with development and infrastructure teams. Daily tasks include database design, system administration, automation, and security maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA.
• Experience with database administration.
• Experience implementing data policies, procedures, standards.
• Experience planning and development of an organization's enterprise data model.
• Experience resolving data conflicts.
• Experience managing data repositories.
• Familiarity with backup tools, monitoring systems, and disaster recovery planning.
• Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
