Job Description
Patient Engagement Specialist, Full Time position in Columbus, OH. Proactively engage with patients to complete benefits verification and assist with identifying secondary coverage. Assist with prior authorizations or appeals to ensure medication access for patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or ExCPT) required
- 3+ years of pharmacy or nurse navigation experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple things simultaneously
- Comfortable with technology and ability to adapt to new systems
