Associate People Business Partner

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking an Associate People Business Partner. This emerging HR professional will deliver strategic HR support to business units, coach managers in performance management, and facilitate succession planning, all within a dynamic environment. The role requires effective communication and a deep understanding of both HR and business operations.

Requirements

• 2 years experience as a strategic HR partner and advisor, typically in an HRBP, HR Generalist type role.
• Knowledge of HR practices, including employment law, compensation, performance management, leadership development, coaching, employee relations, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR-related software systems.
• Commitment to excellence, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
• Discretion - ability to maintain confidentiality and escalate when necessary.
• Ability to function independently and problem-solve with minimal direction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
