Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with AI-powered technology. They are seeking a Construction Project Manager to bring their real estate portfolio of offices and factories to life, focusing on large-scale projects. The role involves external project management, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and construction cost estimating.
Requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate closely with external project management teams.
- Develop and manage budgets for construction and maintenance projects.
- Work cross-functionally with non-construction functions.
- Develop and implement contract structures.
- Develop and manage cost estimating software.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%-50% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
