Requirements

• Collaborate with Corporate Development team to analyze market trends and identify potential acquisition or investment targets
• Lead supply chain integration planning during M&As
• Partner with Corporate Development to negotiate strategic partnerships with key suppliers
• Coordinate efforts to align supply chain capabilities with new product introduction
• Partner with Corporate Development to conduct joint risk assessments
