Electrical Engineering Manager

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company looking for a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Manager to join their rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end embedded control electronic systems and subsystems development for UAVs and related equipment, and will lead a team of engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex embedded systems and products on UAV systems or similar industries
• Proven leadership or management experience leading highly technical teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong hands-on knowledge of modern analog and digital electronics and electronic circuits
• Familiarity with standard interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB, Analog circuits, etc.
• Familiarity with common MCU, CPU, FPGA devices and technologies
• Competence with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, current-probes, and automation of tests
• Exceptional organization and communication skills (both written and oral)
• Proficient with Altium Designer or equivalent electronic design automation design tools
