Job Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a highly motivated flight test engineer to support the development of a new Group 5 UAS. This role involves extensive test engineering responsibilities, working with cross-functional teams, and contributing to a rapidly growing defense technology company focused on autonomous systems and AI. The position is heavily tied to test planning, coordination, execution, and reporting.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as test conductor/director for developmental aircraft, weapons, or missile systems.
- Bachelor's degree or a related technical discipline (or equivalent engineering experience).
- Experience working with developmental systems of manned and/or unmanned aircraft (requirements development, test planning & execution, and test reporting).
- Understanding of engineering concepts, principles, codes, and theory.
- Strong computer and documentation skills.
