Manufacturing Engineer, Digital Tools

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming U.S. military capabilities through advanced technology, particularly with AI and advanced systems. The Manufacturing Digital Tools & Analytics team is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to the optimization of manufacturing operations and the adoption of digital solutions. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing software with business objectives and driving adoption of new software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, User Experience Design, etc.)
• 4+ years of experience in a digital manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with MES, ERP, PLM systems and their interactions with operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
