Mission System Lead

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. They are seeking a Mission System Lead to drive the technical development and integration of mission systems for a new maritime platform. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with program leadership, teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and deliver business success.

Requirements

• Experience in a senior role for the delivery of a military mission system
• Experience with distributed software platform and application architectures
• Experience with modeling and simulation
• Deep understanding of autonomous weapons systems
• Experience with development of high assurance safety critical software
• Experience with development of comprehensive unit test and regression
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
