Job Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Director of Design and Construction to lead a team delivering construction projects for a defense technology company. This role focuses on strategic leadership, team development, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring project delivery within budget and scope. The position reports to the VP of Global Real Estate & Facilities and will operate across all functions at Anduril.
Requirements
- 12+ years of significant experience in design and construction project management.
- 7+ years of experience in a senior leadership role overseeing a large capital project portfolio.
- Strong understanding of capital program management and design delivery strategies.
- Deep expertise in capital program management and design, build, and commission delivery strategies.
